The type of food we do at Sazon is a lot of Mediterranean food with an edge of Mexican. We fell in love with the main street of Mount Barker when we walked in and we said wow, the main street’s got something special – this is the place we want to be. It was magical!
We started half the size of this shop and after just over a year, the response was great from the community and the opportunity came along to extend ourselves.
Mount Barker is a great place to be, the main street’s fantastic, and there’s a lot of new opportunities for new businesses and I think to do something different, you just have to be passionate about what you do…
